About our Operator
Chick-fil-A Vero Beach is locally owned and operated by Michael Kelley who has been with Chick-fil-A for over a decade. Originally from Miami, FL, Michael attended Wheaton College In Illinois and graduated with a Business degree and History/Bible Minor.
In Concord, NC Michael started his CFA journey working as a team member where he met his future wife Jamison who was a local teacher. They now cherish their family life with their three sons: Luke, Stephen, and Matthew. Michael knew quickly that he wanted to become an Operator and set his focus on learning all he could within the Chick-fil-A brand.
Relocating to Vero Beach in 2013, Michael was chosen to Operate the then Chick-fil-A Indian River Mall location and excited to become part of the Vero Beach community. In May of 2016, he opened the Vero Beach location and is honored to be named Operator of the second location, East Vero DTO, opened in August 2024. Michael is passionate about creating a caring culture within his restaurant and strives to develop those around him.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time playing/coaching recreational basketball and soccer.
