So that we may gift effectively and efficiently, please complete our donation request form at least (30) days before your event for consideration. Please allow us time to review your request and filter it through our Giving Strategy. Anything submitted less than (30) days from the date of your event will not be considered. If your donation request is approved, we will contact you directly.
