Did you know Chick-fil-A® has a full catering menu that’s perfect for all types of events? We have options for any party – large or small – and we can deliver right to your event for orders over $200+!

How to Place a Catering Order.
Order online, through the Chick-fil-A® App, email or call!
In the app, your order can be placed with just a few taps: Order Catering > Choose Catering Pickup or Catering Delivery > Choose restaurant.
Whether using the app or ordering online, you can receive points with every qualifying purchase by logging into your Chick-fil-A One account.
Why are some items not available for catering like waffle fries? Certain items may not retain their heat and therefore will not uphold to our quality or food safety guidelines.
Can we borrow the larger warmer bags for our event? We do allow Guests to borrow
our Temperature Management
System (TMS) warming bags if
necessary. We require a contract
and CC# to check out bag. Please

Need to make a change? You can change or cancel a pending order online up until 24 hours before the order is to be fulfilled. To change an order, please contact the restaurant via email or phone to provide updated order information.
Have special instructions? Please use the special instructions box when placing your order online or through the Chick-fil-A® App. You can also contact the restaurant directly via email or phone to provide any additional special instructions.
Need a receipt? If you ordered online or through the Chick-fil-A® App with your Chick-fil-A One® account, you can view the receipt in your Transaction History. Receipts for purchases made within the last 90 days can be requested from the Chick-fil-A® restaurant where the purchase took place.
